As an effective Back Office Processor, you must be an excellent communicator. You must be comfortable working with the Sales Team & partner back-office processing team.

Checking sales orders in detail to ensure the documents are as per the agreed framework/ standards
Sales order processing, delivery monitoring as per the communicated SLAs.
Scheduling, document management, and correspondence between our sales team and partner back-office team.
Working with our sales team & partner back-office department to gather information to resolve issues
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
To maintain accurate & up to date information on each Sales order
Qualification:
1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Outstanding ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Well-versed with MS Office
Working days: 6 days/week (9 hours)
