We're recruiting an apprentice to join our Work Force Management team and support day-to-day activity. Scope : You'll work alongside our Africa WFM team, to tackle various demands from the region ( Mostly local demands). Mission : Answer to recruitment agencies Propose shortlists to Managers, fix interviews and send out feedback post interviews Operational tasks ( focus on fulfillment) Focus on Quality of Resource Requests Data - supporting requestors in Ressourece Request creation Provide status to WFRM managers

Profil : A Bachelor/Masters Alumni in communication / Economics. No prior experience in Permanent positions A valid eligibilty to Anapec contract A proficient level in english is Mandatory A proficient level in Excel is Mandatory Readiness to start Asap Perks : Working from home 3days per week A paid internship with Eid al adha bonus A possibility to switch to a permanent position
