Job description: We're hiring for one of the biggest gaming websites in the world a back office gaming advisor the Employee will be in charge of o Accounts & Billing:

  • ?Order & Upgrade inquiries./ Online Store & Promotion inquiries
  • ?Payments & Services.
  • ?Refunds and Exchanges
o In-Game Support:
  • ?Assisting players within-game inquiries.
Requirements: - Fluency in English is a MUST. - Grads ONLY Benefits: - salary: 8K net -Social and Medical insurance for 150K a year -availability to get promoted after 6 month -Rotational shifts and weekend -Refer a friend program for 1000 L.E a Month - rotational shift and weekends - 5 working day 2 days off - 9 working hours includes 1 hour break - 5th settlement - transportation provided all over Cairo Job Type: Full-time Salary: E8.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
