Back Office Administrator

Job Description

The Company Our client, a global financial services firm, are looking to hire experienced back office Administrators to join their diverse and dynamic operations team in Sharjah. If you have exceptional attention to detail, proven experience in a compliance heavy admin role and are native Mandarin speaking then this may be the role for you. The Role
  • Processing large amounts of data, ensuring adherence to strict compliance and regulations
  • Reviewing customer accounts, making sure all relevant information is accurate
  • Actioning requests such as deposits and withdrawals
  • Coordinating with customers on orders and payments
  • Creating and working with complex reports
The Candidate
  • University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Native Mandarin speaking and fluent in English
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
