Main Responsibilities
Handle daily coordination and follow up on internal tasks and deliverables.
Track timelines and ensure that projects move forward as planned.
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and vendors.
Prepare and organize reports, files, and presentations.
Detect and resolve workflow or process issues efficiently.
Contribute to improving internal systems and operational procedures.
Provide general administrative assistance whenever required.
Requirements
Previous background in operations, administration, or back-office support.
Strong sense of organization and time management.
Clear communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Competence with Microsoft Office and similar productivity tools.
Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
Accuracy, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Preferred
A proactive personality that goes beyond expectations.
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
