Back Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant who will provides support with daily administrative tasks in our company.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails.
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
Education and Experience:

Degree Holder or any equivalent qualification
At least 1 year experience
Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
Salary according to profile and experience with Annual benefit.
