Back Office Assistant Mission The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with our Back Office team to ensure smooth operations Main tasks and responsibilities
Clients KYC validation
Onboarding clients and follow up
Frequent client file review
Account opening on CRM
Administrative duties
Follow up with the sales regarding documents update
Creating and Maintaining Client Files
Review, Combine and send client files to our Compliance Team
Assisting the sales team with drafting of letters or any other relevant documents
Assisting the Compliance with requesting documents for transaction monitoring
Perform client screening to detect any PEP match/adverse media
Attending to queries and requests of the Compliance
Any other related task
Education and Experience
Degree Holder or any equivalent qualification
1 year or no experience
Open to fresh graduates
Technical Requirements
SCA Licence prefered.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Ability to work shifts - First few months \xe2\x80\x93 Working hours 09:00 \xe2\x80\x93 17:30
On completion of our new project, shift will change to noon \xe2\x80\x93 21:00
Ability to work on Public Holidays when needed \xe2\x80\x93 will be 2-3 holidays per year
Fast learner, ability to work on pressure and execute quick actions
Fluent in English (both written and Spoken) to ease communication with our foreign reporting Director and Head of the Department.
