This Role is Based in Dubai (UAE)Key Responsibilities will be:A business analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions within an organization. They analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the development of effective solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring they align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.Perform thorough data analysis, validate data integrity, and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit business needs, clarify requirements, and drive consensus among stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of projects. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the resolution of any identified issues or defects.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.Prior experience in Banking industry across different digital channels like Online ,Mobile or Tablet bankingProven experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise requirements.
