Client has undertaken implementation of Virtual Account and Corporate Payments related solutioning in UAE
This job is being created to support this expansion and to reinforce the Subject Matter expertise of the new
Oracle OBLM and OBVAM and OBP platform within the bank. The person in the role will act as the Techno-
Functional Expert across mentioned applications and contribute as required.
The team member will have a range of responsibilities from analyzing the technical requirements,
understanding of the infrastructure, performing product deployments to ensuring that we stay on the leading
edge of technology. He/She will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, front to back for
the platform. He/ She will be required to be part of cross functional team and interact with Product Owner,
Product Managers, Product Testers etc
Key Result Area:
Subject Matter expert of the OBVAM , OBP and OBLM with strong domain knowledge of Liquidity
Management and Virtual Account Management
Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams.
Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate this to vendor specific documents.
Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and actively participate in decision for issues prioritization.
Coordinate with vendor on Issues/ Defect Resolution.
Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions,
Performance tuning and integrations.
Perform Impact assessments of Change Request on Implemented product and facilitate Production
deployments.
Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
Manage Key stakeholders during Business process interactions and reviews.
Manage Technology stakeholders for deployments.
Strategic Thinking:
Manage Conflicting requirements
Optimize technology solution delivery based on business requirements, existing applications, latest technology trends, total cost to operate, scalability and stability.
Provide innovative approaches to Business problems by utilizing existing applications / recommending enhancements.
Decision-Making Authority and Responsibility:
Change prioritization and end-to-end impact assessments & implementation of changes in line with business objectives/priorities.
Co-ordinate Testing and Release
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science or Postgraduate
12+ years' experience in experience in relevant areas
Subject Matter expertise and hands on experience of OBLM, OBP, OBVAM.
Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience of working in large scale transformation Project - involving Process optimization and Classification: Internal Use changes.
Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to document integration and detailed design specs for large scale banking applications.
Working knowledge and experience in designing distributed applications
Working knowledge and experience in deploying and exposing APIs using API Connect

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
