As we scale, we're looking for a B2B Sales Expert to help us run smoother sales, close faster, and deliver smarter.
Role Overview
We're hiring a B2B Sales Specialist to accelerate our B2B growth across retailers, resellers, boutiques, and corporates. This is a performance-heavy role, best suited for someone who knows how to close, can think on their feet, and is motivated by outcomes -- not just effort.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients
Own the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closure
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Work with internal teams to align product and pitch strategy
Maintain clear sales reports and pipelines
Track and update sales projections using internal tools (Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or D2C)
Strong commercial instincts and understanding of what drives buying decisions
Quick thinker, excellent communicator, and confident negotiator
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts
Highly focused, disciplined, and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Self-motivated and accountable
Compensation
Fixed Salary
: AED 5,000-6,000/month
Variable Component
: Uncapped incentives -- up to 4x of base if targets are met
Performance is rewarded
