Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain B2B clients such as travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel planners.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics and B2B distribution models.
UAE Driving license is mandatory
