Company Overview:



We are multi-division trading company committed to bringing premium Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS) to the confectionery, bakery, and HORECA sectors across the UAE and broader GCC region. Due to rapid expansion plans and sales targets, we're urgently hiring a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager.

Role Summary:



As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be rapidly driving revenue growth by aggressively identifying, acquiring, and managing key customers in the UAE, including chocolate and bakery factories, ingredient distributors, and prominent HORECA suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Immediate Customer Acquisition:



Aggressively identify, contact, and visit potential customers to introduce our Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS). Lead negotiations, manage pricing strategies, address objections, and close deals swiftly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with our ambitious first-year revenue goal.

2. Account & Relationship Management:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure seamless customer service, timely deliveries, and credit management.

3. Market Intelligence:



Continuously gather feedback from clients regarding product preferences, packaging, and technical specifications. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotions. Stay updated on market trends, demands, and industry opportunities.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in food ingredients, specifically Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS), chocolate, bakery ingredients, dairy, or specialty fats. Must have an existing network within UAE's confectionery, bakery, and HORECA sectors. Proven ability to acquire new customers quickly and effectively. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Basic technical knowledge of confectionery/bakery ingredients, specifically CBS. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:



Competitive monthly base salary (commensurate with experience). Attractive, performance-based incentive structure tied directly to achieving sales targets. Car allowance, mobile phone plan, and reimbursement of client visit expenses.
