Job Description

B2B Sales officer should drive business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and increasing sales. He/She should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Responsibilities



Ensure Achievement of assigned sales target. Identify and pursuing new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Guarantee clients retention. Deliver professional presentations and negotiate contracts. Finalizing agreements and collecting new orders. Expand the client's product portfolio and increase the average customer transaction value. Manage and reduce overdue payments. Keep sales records and update Kan-ban boards. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales. Proven track record of increasing sales and securing new business. Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Kanban). UAE Driving license is a must. Arabic Language required.
