We're now looking for a world-class B2B sales lead -- a natural closer with high EQ and unmatched drive -- to own the full sales journey for top-tier brand and corporate clients.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value B2B opportunities -- from hotels, conferences, and sports institutions to wellness, fashion, or lifestyle-driven companies looking to develop physical products or branded merchandise.
This is a senior, autonomous, and high-impact role. You'll lead sales from A to Z -- strategy, pitch, negotiation, close -- and hand off to production once the deal is sealed.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the full B2B sales cycle -- from lead generation to signed deal.
Identify and pursue new verticals and high-value clients who could benefit from launching a product line or brand with SPAARKD.
Develop tailored pitches and commercial offers that align with each client's goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (branding, product, production) to align offerings with client needs -- but keep full ownership of the close.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that can grow over time.
Represent SPAARKD at events, meetings, and industry activations globally.
You Are
A killer salesperson with proven success in B2B environments -- ideally across fashion, creative, hospitality, wellness, sports, or lifestyle verticals.
A self-starter who can build relationships and close without scripts.
Charismatic, articulate, confident -- and always closing.
Equally comfortable selling into a C-suite boardroom or a boutique lifestyle brand.
Operationally sharp -- you manage your pipeline, offers, and follow-ups like a pro.
Hungry to grow into a key commercial leader within SPAARKD.
Bonus Points
Experience working in fashion, merch, hospitality, luxury, or events.
Previous work with global brands, influencers, creators, or communities.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Based in or familiar with UAE, Singapore, Switzerland, India, SEA, or Africa.
Location & Mobility
Global (with preference for Eastern Hemisphere -- flexible and open to relocation or travel across Switzerland, UAE, Singapore, and beyond).
