to manage sales and contracting activities within the Abu Dhabi territory. The role involves handling the full sales cycle--from lead generation and client engagement to contract closure and project handover--across one or more product lines.
You will report to the
Area Sales Manager
and collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi
Present products and services clearly to prospective clients
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to support project delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget inputs
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and HSE standards
Qualifications & Experience
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or contracting
Experience in B2B or trading environments is preferred
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
