Working closely with the Marketing and the Sales Team, B2B Marketing manager is assisting in brand guardian for (but not only) Saadiyat Island Brands (but with responsibility for the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy across various disciplines in partnership with Sales Partners (Tour Operators, Destination Management Companies, Hotels, Corporates, Schools, Trade and Travel Partners etc.) and to key markets to achieve (and surpass) objectives and targets. Through a close association with Customer Relationships Management, Public Relations, event management &, Brand marketing, social media, sales and internal departments, they will ensure integration, consistency and approval across activity and campaigns In order to be considered for the position you will be:
Plan and manage sales toolkit
Plan and manage sales marketing collateral and giveaways production for and with Trade Partners.
Assist in B2B Communications and Engagement initiatives
Assist in marketing campaigns with key travel and trade partners
Manage messaging and content synergy with Saadiyat Island assets and travel partners. Ensuring brand consistency.
Support and create all materials to promote and train Trade Partners
Coordinate Trade shows and Road shows marketing and branding deliverables.
Assist sales team on FAM Events with marketing requirements
Coordinate travel partner POS assets
Assist in Joint Marketing campaigns with trade partners
Assist in engaging the destination stakeholders with key activities
Plan and Manage EDM calendar
Essential qualifications, experience and skills:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in business, marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 year\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s previous marketing experience, across the relevant marketing disciplines ideally; advertising, promotions, project management, online, research and analysis.
Strong experience managing agencies
Previous event and project management experience
Digital marketing experience
Agency management
Strong communicator
Media planning and buying
Comfortable deciphering, analyzing and reporting on numbers
Excellent presenting skills
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven.
A strong eye for detail and good proof-reading
Good working knowledge of MS Office and media software packages.
Ability to cope in a busy and challenging environment and work to fast deadlines.
