My client, a successful Technology business is currently looking for a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Dubai. The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible to design and implement creative campaign strategies to help drive lead generation and brand awareness in the regional market.This is a cross-functional role, collaborating across international marketing and sales teams to ensure successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives to penetrate target accounts and increase consumption within established customers. : Build and own the B2B marketing strategy and execution for MENA region, working closely with the global marketing team and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.Launch and execute the Go to Market plan for the ProductManage all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.Use Salesforce CRM systemOwn the website, continuously improving the local content to increase traffic and improve lead conversions.Own the event marketing program calendars, organizing both events and industry events, managing all aspects of the project.Create locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns - case studies, whitepapers, guides.Closely work with sales to measure program performance and lead quality Candidate Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field5+ years' experience working in a similar fieldPrevious experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS or online businessGood knowledge of digital spaceExperience with email marketing tools is a plusExperience with webinar tools is a plusStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong creative problem-solving skills;Extraordinary attention to detail;Arabic speaking is a nice to have Salary up to 25K AEDBased in Dubai
