Job Description

We're looking for a hungry B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our uniform solutions team in the UAE. You'll own prospect research, cold outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), meeting setting for sales, and post-meeting & reorder follow-up. Ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales development, understands UAE corporate buyers, and can hit activity and pipeline targets. CRM-savvy, target-oriented, and able to turn cold leads into repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Prospecting

Conduct thorough market research to identify and shortlist top potential industries and companies in the UAE with uniform requirements (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, retail, logistics, construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas etc.).

Lead Generation & Outreach

Initiate first-level contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Sales Coordination

Schedule and arrange meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building

Conduct timely follow-ups after meetings to maintain engagement and push the sales pipeline forward.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation progress, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of B2B lead generation / sales development experience, preferably in uniforms, corporate apparel, industrial supplies, or related B2B product/service sectors. Demonstrated success with cold calling, email outreach, and appointment setting. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus. Comfortable with targets and working in a metrics-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable logging detailed activity. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through. Ability to research, prioritize, adapt messaging per industry/account.

Package

: AED 3000-5000 /month.
