Job Summary:

Ayurvedic Doctor - Client Relations & Business Development

will blend medical expertise with strategic outreach. This unique role nurtures patient trust while expanding the clinic's footprint -- turning every consultation into a relationship and every connection into growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation & Treatment:

Conduct detailed patient assessments, prescribe Ayurvedic treatments and therapies, and monitor progress with compassion and care.

Patient Relationship Management:

Build strong, lasting bonds with patients -- ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and positive word-of-mouth.

Business Development:

Identify new opportunities for partnerships, referrals, corporate wellness tie-ups, and community outreach to expand the clinic's reach.

Promote Services:

Educate clients and the community about the clinic's offerings through presentations, wellness talks, and health camps.

Collaborate with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop patient-focused campaigns and packages aligned with traditional Ayurveda.

Upselling & Cross-Selling:

Recommend suitable wellness plans, therapies, and packages tailored to individual patient needs -- adding value to their journey and the clinic's growth.

Client Feedback:

Collect and analyze patient feedback to continuously improve services and enhance client experience.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on patient engagement, revenue growth, and new business leads.

Requirements:

BAMS or equivalent degree in Ayurveda

(mandatory).

2-5 years of clinical experience

, preferably with additional exposure to customer relationship management or business development in wellness or healthcare. Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, treatments, and holistic wellness practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- warmth and persuasion in equal measure. Proven ability to handle consultations and drive client retention and growth simultaneously. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is a plus. Strong presentation skills and willingness to participate in outreach events.
