DESCRIPTION
Process Brief& Position Summary: Provide comprehensive PA Support to CRO as well as support the VP’s leadership Managers and provide team secretarial and administrative support The candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, show high attention to detail, and possess first-rate written and verbal communication skills. They will have an outgoing yet professional manner and will work well to deadlines with the propensity for thinking ahead and the ability to rise to the challenge of new or unexpected circumstances. A facility to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Key Accountabilities: Diary management and maintaining COO’s calendar and actions
Organizing extensive travel arrangements for COO including business trips, foreign currency, itineraries, visa and passport applications/renewals
Monitoring COO inbox and responding where appropriate
Preparing and maintaining COO’s expense report and travel overview
Handling internal/external telephone contact
Organizing incoming/outgoing mail
Monitoring first spend budget on a monthly basis
General administration services including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing
Specific position related exp: Experience in working as a PA/Secretary for Leadership Team Specific knowledge required: Microsoft office skills (Advanced Word and Outlook, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint)
Problem solving in an administrative capacity
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of the team and the London office in general

Shift Timings: 9:30AM -6:00PM
