Awareness OfficerMain Tasks -
Field presence in hospitals according to a specified schedule to promote awareness about the "NABIDH" system. Provide a simple and clear explanation of the system's benefits and how to use it for both medical staff and the community. Distribute awareness materials to the targeted groups. Engage with the community and respond professionally to general inquiries about the system. Collect feedback and challenges faced by users and report them to the concerned team. Maintain a professional appearance and behavior that reflects a positive image of the Authority. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
