Key ResponsibilityIdentify architecture components and systems used by a particular business service as part of BSAM (Business Service Availability Monitoring) initiative and enable for adequate performance monitoringPerform Finetuning of APM configurations and Coverage based on statistical performance data and Support in monitoring and reporting of issues to appropriate internal stakeholders during incidents Participate in Incident RCA along with application and business SME and BCM team for recoverabilityIdentify indicators for Problem management by IT, based on data analyzed in BSAMMap and Identify components from Application, DB, Middleware, Infra, Security and Network which enable customer transactions on critical business Services using various internal & external systemsCollaborate with IT to map systemic configuration that establishes critical user journeys on systems to provide critical services to customersIncrease tool Coverage to cover non APM components like network and security devicesSet Realtime configuration and threshold for Latency, Error Rates, Traffic, Saturation and Monitor these signals for site reliability to render uninterrupted services to customerQualificationsMinimum QualificationShould have engineering degree or master's in computer science or equivalent in related domainCertification like CISSP/CISM/CISA is a must.Exposure in reviewing - Infrastructure, Networks, Applications and Security implementation for large enterprises is critical to identify end to end business implementation flows.Possess good Project Management and Strategic skillsHighly developed communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of ISO27001, ISO 22301 standards and security best practices.Minimum Experience6 years' relevant experience in the banking/financial sector with at least 2 years in similar profile.Well versed in resilience and reliability concepts. Should have hands on experience administering or reviewing different application and technology infrastructure from performance and availability perspectiveGood understanding of business continuity, site reliability, and resilience and performance concepts.Exposure in banking industry, associated risks, emerging technology, and compliance standard.Aware of key technology risks / potential weakness from availability, resilience perspectiveAdditional InformationBusiness Services Performance measured in its reliability and resilience is key to be monitored adequately and any degradation arising out of latency issues, any bottleneck., resource shortages, spikes in volume etc. swiftly identified and addressed, to ensure from a customer point of view FAB's systems are systems of trust, which are always available, reliable, and resilient to support customer serviceabilityAs part of 2nd LoD Monitoring, AVP - System Architecture, Reliability will be responsible for reviewing end to end system architecture, identifying critical application, Web, DB and network components to ensure adequate coverage enablement for systems performance monitoring of critical customer facing business services as part of FAB's BCM Strategy
