Generic Accountability- Team Supervision

  • Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organization's values and ethics in all activities within the team in order to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.
  • Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Generic Accountability - Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Generic Accountability - Reporting
  • Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet FGB-NBAD and department requirements, policies and quality standards.
Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Review and Enhancement of DLP Architecture, with respect to overall Security Architecture of bank.
  • Review information Security Policy for DLP controls.
  • Analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents related to data loss prevention.
  • Improve and challenge existing processes and procedures in a very agile and fast-moving information security environment.
  • Work with our Information Security Group, Corporate Investigations, Human Resources, Legal, and other business units as appropriate based upon corporate policy to respond to DLP incidents and take the appropriate response actions
Specific Accountability
  • Make recommendations to strengthen the security posture of computing environment as well as recommend process and technology improvements to ensure timely response to future DLP security incidents
  • DLP Policy Governance: Establish and implement the Clients DLP policy per Risk/Business requirement. And periodically update Clients DLP policy. Testing of each DLP policy prior to management approval for activation in production
  • Establish and manage a DLP policy change control process and analyze DLP policy sets.
  • Maintain the working of DLP Servers and DLP Clients across the FADB and ensure the DLP servers' compliance to internal and external requirements.
  • Delivery of DLP Trainings whoever required.
DLP
  • Creating, Reviewing and improving organization Policies, Procedures, Baselines, and Guidelines related to Information Security.
  • Delivery of DLP Trainings whoever required.
  • Ensure HNI incidents are handled within stipulated timeframe.
  • Maintain the working of DLP Servers and DLP Clients across the Bank and ensure the DLP servers' compliance to internal and external requirements.
  • Manage DLP Incidents - identify, manage and escalate incidents logged by the DLP solution. Review and escalate incidents in accordance with established incident process flows and response plans, and monitor.
  • Coordinating with other IT and IT Security teams to ensure best IT Security practices and deliveries.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
  • Should have Degree or master's degree in computer science or equivalent in related domain
  • Certification like CISSP or CISA is a must
  • Possess good Project Management skills
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum Experience
  • 7 years' relevant experience in the banking/financial sector with at least 3 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Information Security function.
  • Good understanding of SIEM tools like ArcSight with minimum hands-on experience of 5 years on SIEM tools.
  • Scripting knowledge in creating correlation rules and connectors
  • Managing Security Operation Center (SOC) and alerts and eliminate false positives.
