Qualified CA with more than 13 years of PQ experience
Location : UAE, Middle East,Overseas,International
Must have experience of Real Estate industry
SAP exposure
Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Monthly Closing and reconciliation of Balance Sheet, Statutory Audits, Internal Financial Control Reporting, Annual Financials, IFRS Accounting compliance, Consolidation of Financials through tool, Indirect and Direct Tax accounting,
Experience in :
- Corporate Finance & Accounts
- Valuation and related reporting to Global team
- Feasibility assessment for new investments
- Annual budgeting and planning
- Corporate tax (Direct & Indirect) compliances
- Corporate treasury function
- Financial reporting and review for quarterly & annual financial statements
- Consolidation of Financials / Entities
- Corporate management reporting (MIS)
- Statutory audit and valuation.
Excellent communication skills and ready to relocate to UAE
