Deja Vu Real Estate is in search for an ideal candidate for the position of Real Estate Manager who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile:

• Chinese/ Mandarin Speaking is a MUST
• Candidates experienced in Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
• Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work
• Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
• Lead and supervise around 15 - 20 people and ensure that the team are highly motivated and manage their performance to achieve optimal result.
• Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
• Plan and direct sales team training.
• Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
• Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
