Job title: Avionic Supervisor Location: Oman Salary: Competitive Referral Scheme Bonus: £1000 Grade: AB06 What you'll be doing: · Undertaking detailed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspection and supervision activities on an aircraft or aircraft components

· Supervising team to ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalate as required. Report on any impact to the wider programme

· Maintaining personal & teams task authorisation for working on an aircraft or components in accordance with Royal Air Force Oman requirements

· Providing guidance and leadership to the team. Develops team members using formal assessment processes

· Ability to scope and carry out independent inspections Your skills and experiences: · Requires experience working at Technician level prior to undertaking a Supervisor role · Demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency via a Log Book capturing skills, knowledge and authorities for working on Typhoon · Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices · Typhoon Avionic Qualification Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Forwards maintenance team: This role is part of the Oman maintenance team where you will be involved in forward operational activity, responsible for training RAFO, supporting and assisting Oman forward maintenance. The role holder will be reporting to the forward group leader.
