Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Automation Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for building strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our home automation products and solutions, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including referrals, networking events, and online platforms. Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify leads.

Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their home automation needs, provide product demonstrations, and create tailored solutions that address their requirements. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to clients. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Address client inquiries and concerns and negotiate terms and pricing to close deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide ongoing support and address any post-sale issues or concerns. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in Home automation, technology and related industries in a similar sales role. (2-3 years minimum) Strong understanding of home automation systems, including smart lighting, security, climate control, and entertainment systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: o Full-time Pay:

Proposed Salary between AED 5,000 - AED 10,000 commensurate with experience and excellent commission structure. Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): If selected, then the applicant must be ready to join within seven (7) working days. Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: o Sales: 2-3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required), access to own vehicle is a plus.
