We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled AV Programmer with CTS certification, design, and pre-sales experience to join our team. Job Overview: As an AV Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and overseeing the implementation of AV systems. Additionally, your role will involve providing technical support during the pre-sales phase, demonstrating the capabilities of our AV solutions to potential clients, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Responsibilities: 1. AV Programming: Develop and implement software solutions for complex AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. 2. System Design: Collaborate with the design team to create detailed AV system designs, considering client requirements and industry best practices. 3. Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, demonstrating the capabilities and features of our AV solutions to potential clients, and addressing any technical queries or concerns they may have. 4. Project Management: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure the successful execution of AV projects, providing technical guidance and support as needed. 5. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, programming code, and user manuals, to facilitate effective implementation and ongoing support. 6. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing appropriate solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in AV programming, system design, and pre-sales support. 3. CTS certification is required. 4. Proficiency in programming languages with a strong understanding of AV control systems. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients and team members. 6. Familiarity with AV industry standards, technologies, and best practices. 7. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. 8. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and relevant industry regulations.
