As an AV Chief, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintain overall efficiency of set standards for the Audio Visual function.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Lead, train, and mentor a team of audio visual technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Create schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficient and effective operation.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with event planners, hotel staff, and clients to understand audio visual requirements for various events.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate setup, testing, operation, and breakdown of audio visual equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all audio visual equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain an up-to-date inventory of audio visual equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and organization.

\xc2\xb7 Recommend and oversee the purchase of new equipment and upgrades based on industry trends and client needs.

\xc2\xb7 Stay current with emerging audio visual technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

\xc2\xb7 Set up and operate complex audio visual systems, including sound systems, projectors, screens, lighting, and video conferencing equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their audio visual requirements are met and exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them choose the appropriate audio visual setups for their events.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in 5* hotel.
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
