What will be your mission?

Carry out the planning of the operation in Dubai, defining and pushing the cars to go through each process, including the management of vehicles in need of some aesthetical or mechanical repair that must be worked on by a third party.

• Planning of the operation and establishment of priorities by stage of the process.
• Coordination, control and monitoring of the workflow in the reconditioning center to guarantee compliance with the different processes within the operation.
• Follow-up of critical cases of cars pending reconditioning (Reconditioning Center/ Third party).
• Management with third party car repairs that cannot be carried out in house.
• Follow-up of repair times with third parties.
• Approval and communication of payment release for third party work.
• Shipment of non-QW approved work vehicles with third parties.

What are we looking for?

3-5 Years experience as a Automotive Workshop Supervisor within a multi brand environment in the UAE
