Team Leader / Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the workshop team in daily operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Create job cards, estimates, and repair orders
Coordinate repair and maintenance work efficiently
Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Act as a link between customers and technicians
Ideal candidate should possess

Strong technical knowledge in automotive repair and diagnostics
Experience with European and American vehicles
Specialization in Porsche is a definite advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gulf region
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid UAE driver's license.
