Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles. Use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems (e.g., Xentry, STAR Diagnosis) to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Carry out scheduled services, engine repairs, transmission work, suspension, braking systems, and HVAC repairs. Inspect vehicles for safety, performance, and compliance with manufacturer specifications. Ensure all repairs meet Mercedes-Benz quality standards and UAE roadworthiness regulations. Accurately document job cards, inspection reports, and warranty claims. Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors and workshop supervisors. Adhere to workshop safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies. Participate in technical training and certification programs as required by Mercedes-Benz. Support workshop productivity targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or other premium German brands. Strong knowledge of modern automotive electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Experience working with diagnostic software and computerized testing equipment. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Prior experience in the UAE or GCC automotive market is an advantage.
