Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Automotive Technician

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, preferably within a

dealership environment

. A strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and dealership protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in passenger and light commercial vehicles. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Use diagnostic tools and equipment (OBD scanners, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to identify and resolve issues. Follow manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures for repairs and maintenance. Complete repair orders with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are properly used and stored. Attend technical training and workshops as required by the dealership or manufacturer. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a

dealership setting

. Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, electrical). Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent. Valid UAE driver's license (preferred). Familiarity with major OEM diagnostic platforms (Toyota, Nissan, Ford, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in UAE or Gulf region dealerships Multilingual skills (English is a must; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus).
