Perform diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
Inspect and test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance and safety.
Document all services and repairs performed on vehicles.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Stay current on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair options.
Perform emissions tests, alignments, and other state-required inspections, if certified.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Hands-on automotive repair experience.
Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
