Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive services and customer relationship, ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, evaluating their mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic condition Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, including photographs and reports, to support purchase decisions Oversee
day-to-day garage operations
, ensuring smooth workflow across all bays. Manage job cards, repair timelines, and resource allocation. Enforce safety standards and workshop compliance. Assist in training staff and monitoring performance. Work closely with management to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Diploma in an official and globally recognized Automotive Technical certification 3+ years experience as a Diagnostic Technician in German, European, and American models. Knowledge of using all types of scan tools, wiring diagrams, and workshop manuals. Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and special Service Tools to inspect the Engine, Transmission, Brake, suspension A/C electrical, and hybrid system of the vehicles. Preferred valid UAE driving license. Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records in job orders
