Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Automotive Supervisor

to oversee daily garage operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate workshop activities and staff Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles Monitor workflow, job allocation, and timely delivery of vehicles Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction Handle job cards, service reports, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor in the UAE Strong technical knowledge of German & European vehicles Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving skills UAE driving license preferred
