We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Automotive Senior Technician

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have advanced technical knowledge of vehicle systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians. This role involves performing complex repairs and ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, and air conditioning systems. Accurately identify mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and software. Supervise and support junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Communicate repair needs and timelines to service advisors or customers as required. Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician or similar role (minimum 2-7 years). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair software. Valid Automotive Technician Certification (e.g., ASE, IMI, or equivalent). High school diploma or technical degree in automotive repair. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
