Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Automotive Sales Service Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers and the service workshop, ensuring excellent customer service while driving service sales and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair needs Prepare accurate job cards, service estimates, and repair recommendations Explain services, repairs, costs, and timelines clearly to customers Upsell value-added services and maintenance packages Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs Follow up with customers on repair status and post-service satisfaction Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and warranty claims if applicable Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally Maintain customer records in the system and ensure data accuracy Meet or exceed sales and service targets set by management

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Sales role Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and parts Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented mindset with ability to upsell services Proficient in computer systems and service management software Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills UAE experience preferred
