Carzilla Car Care is looking for a

sales-driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Service Advisor - Car Care

. The role involves managing customer relationships from inquiry to vehicle delivery while actively promoting

PPF, detailing, wrapping, body kits, and other premium car care services

.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assess their vehicle car care and customization needs Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare detailed job cards and service quotations Clearly explain and recommend

PPF, detailing packages, ceramic coating, wrapping, body kits, and car care services

Actively upsell premium services and customized packages based on customer needs Coordinate with technicians, installers, and workshop teams to ensure quality and timely completion Provide service updates and delivery timelines to customers Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle concerns professionally Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and follow-up schedules Achieve monthly sales targets and service KPIs Follow Carzilla Car Care quality standards, safety rules, and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

2-4 years experience

as an Automotive Service Advisor or Car Care Sales Advisor Strong knowledge of

PPF, detailing, vehicle wrapping, body kits, ceramic coating, and automotive car care services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proven ability to upsell and close high-value services UAE automotive industry experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
