Manage B2B spare parts sales to clients across Russian-speaking export markets (Russia, CIS).
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and Incoterms with international clients.
Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Review and manage export documentation.
Maintain customer databases and accurate sales records (CRM).
Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues professionally.
Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.
