Manage B2B spare parts sales to clients across Russian-speaking export markets (Russia, CIS).
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and Incoterms with international clients.
Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Review and manage export documentation.
Maintain customer databases and accurate sales records (CRM).
Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues professionally.
Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in B2B export markets.
Fluency in
Russian and English
is
mandatory
.
Knowledge of export processes, shipping terms, and documentation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, independent, and target-driven.
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling to Russian-speaking markets (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.).
Familiarity with automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment spare parts.
