Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Automotive Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.
Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing in a professional and engaging manner.
Conduct test drives and ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle inventory, features, and market trends.
Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and process all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in automotive sales
, preferably in Qatar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Valid
Qatar driving license
is mandatory.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Knowledge of the local car market and customer preferences in Qatar is a plus.
