Automotive Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process -- from greeting customers and understanding their needs to closing deals and coordinating vehicle delivery. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their requirements. Present and explain vehicle features, performance, and specifications. Promote Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services. Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer experience. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Prepare quotations including vehicle pricing, discounts, and financing requirements. Advise customers on current and upcoming availability of new and used vehicle models. Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper. Liaise with Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for registration and insurance processing. Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize conversion and retention. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, preferably within a car sales or automotive environment. Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is preferred. Computer literate with basic system and CRM familiarity. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Team player with a proactive attitude.
