We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and add-ons Negotiate and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
Requirements
Previous automotive sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Bilingual ( Arabic & English) Valid Qatar driver's license
