. The role involves handling international client accounts, managing inquiries, quoting, processing export orders, and developing new markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of spare parts (preferably automotive or machinery), excellent communication skills to support business growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage B2B sales of spare parts to international clients.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships in assigned export regions.
Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), follow up on commercial offers.
Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth export order processing and timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and customer communication.
Analyze export sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
Support after-sales service and resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
spare parts export sales
(automotive, heavy equipment, etc.)
Understanding of B2B sales processes, pricing strategies, and global customer requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
