strong technical knowledge
of off-road products and accessories, and be able to communicate confidently with customers to recommend the best solutions for their vehicles.
You'll work closely with our workshop and fabrication teams to help customers design, upgrade, and enhance their off-road experience -- from suspension systems and roof racks to bumpers, lighting, and camping gear.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and advise walk-in and online customers with technical and sales support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers professionally.
Understand and promote off-road products, upgrades, and performance packages.
Coordinate with workshop, warehouse, and media teams for smooth operations.
Build long-term relationships with B2C and B2B clients (fleet, overlanding clubs, etc.).
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to marketing promotions or events.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience
in UAE, preferably in
off-road or automotive sales
.
Strong knowledge
of off-road accessories, 4x4 upgrades, and related technical aspects.
