About the Role:

We are looking for a

Quality Controller - PDI

to join our dynamic team! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive quality control, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will ensure that all vehicles undergo a thorough

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

before reaching our customers, maintaining top service quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

detailed Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)

to guarantee all repairs and services meet quality standards. Identify and address

defects, incomplete work, or areas needing rework

, collaborating with technicians for corrections. Conduct

road tests

and final vehicle checks to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance. Verify

fluids, electrical components, and mechanical systems

, following PDI checklists. Maintain

accurate inspection reports

and document all necessary rectifications. Work closely with

Service Advisors and Workshop Floor Supervisors

to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to

standard operating procedures

for quality control and inspections. Report recurring defects and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality. Ensure vehicles are

clean and ready for customer delivery

. Follow

safety regulations

and maintain an organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience:

3-5 years in automotive quality control, PDI, or a similar role in a

multi-brand service center

.

Education:

Diploma or certification in

Automobile Engineering

or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

automotive systems, diagnostics, and quality control processes

.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to identify even the

smallest defects or inconsistencies

.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Quick to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Communication Skills:

Effective collaboration with

technicians, advisors, and management

.

Driving License:

A

valid UAE driving license

is preferred for road testing vehicles.
