Carzilla Motors is looking for a driven and customer-focused

Pre-Owned Car Sales Agent

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, trustworthy, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a top-tier car buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Guide customers through the entire car buying process -- from selection to financing Maintain in-depth knowledge of our pre-owned vehicle inventory Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and warranties Follow up with leads and maintain contact with prospective buyers Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals efficiently Ensure accurate paperwork and assist with title transfers or financing documentation Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom or lot

Requirements:

Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and professionalism Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
