Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Advisor at our Multi Brand Car Service Center located in Dubai. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for sourcing and distributing automotive parts, managing inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include interacting with customers and dealers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with the team and suppliers.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Dealer Management and Inventory Control
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
