Automotive Operations Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-department activities, and ensure smooth coordination across the company. The role also includes supervising all staff and monitoring logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments. Supervise staff and ensure effective workflow. Manage logistics activities, planning, tracking, and timely execution. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. Ensure smooth communication between teams and management. Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports. Submit weekly or daily reports to management as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
